Lichtenstein day 2

This morning we took the bus up into the mountains and hiked. The area where we hiked was almost too beautiful to believe. It prompted Duke to yodel! And I expected to see Heidi around every corner. 




After our hike we took the bus up to the ski resort at the end of the road and had a coffee. 


For dinner we took the bus into Vaduz and walked around a bit before we ate. Here is the castle where the Prince of Liechtenstein lives. 


And here is our dinner.

  1. I love the picture of the long-haired Scottish (I think) cow/steer! Its coat looks like the grass! They have them in Italy in the Dolomites too. You should be singing “The hills are alive….” too!
