Mexico City Polanco to the Historic Center

Today after breakfast and packing up we checked out and stored our bags. Then we walked through Abraham Lincoln Park. The Lincoln statue had a wreath. I assume it was put there to celebrate his birthday.

On the other side of the park we had coffee and cinnamon rolls.

Then we went back to get our bags and took an Uber to our next hotel, Casa Sauto, overlooking the Zocalo, the Cathedral, and the historic Center. We had a relaxing afternoon with some exploring and shopping. We visited the Cathdral.

One of our bedrooms in our suite at Casa Sauto. This building is more than 400 years old.

For dinner we went to Café de Tacuba a historic restaurant founded in 1912.
