Rosario Day 2

Today Duke had arranged a guide to show us the area around Rosario and also for us to visit a farm and the farmer. Our guide was Elizabeth Fregoni. She was an excellent guide

Corn is coming up in this field
Here we are learning about the soil and about the wheat growing here.
Here are the four of us and the farmers showing us around.
This chinche verde or stink bug is very destructive to soy beans

Next we drove across the Parana River and its flood plain to the town of Victoria where we had lunch.
